Message regarding Coronavirus / COVID-19

In order to ensure continuity in providing our services and playing our part in maintaining the day-to-day business of our clients, we already took the following measures three weeks ago:


All business appointments and meetings involving travel and contact to persons have been cancelled and remain prohibited until further notice.


New measures introduced on Monday, 16.03.2020

All employees are required to comply with the measures of the authorities and to reduce contact with external persons to an absolute minimum.


We recommend that employees refrain from travelling abroad. Employees who nevertheless travel abroad are subject to a 14-day quarantine period before returning to the company.


A maximum of two people per day are in the offices at the same time. They carry out the necessary work that can only be done on site. All other employees carry out their tasks remotely.


Thanks to our IT infrastructure, all employees are fully capable of action even when working remotely and can be reached by e-mail or by telephone during office hours.


Of course, the receipt and processing of pharmacovigilance reports is also guaranteed without restriction.


We take the situation seriously and are aware of our responsibility towards the population, our partners and our employees. We are making full use of the available options to counter the extent of the pandemic and its consequences.


We will keep you informed about changes in circumstances and newly introduced measures.
